Competition

Our competition team has competed in numerous intercollegiate competitions, including IREC, Spaceport America Cup, and Battle of the Rockets.

IREC 2025

This will mark the second time our team competes in the newly renamed IREC. Our rocket, Sabre II, will showcase its capabilities in the 10K Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) category.

Spaceport America Cup 2024

In 2024, our team successfully launched and recovered our rocket, Sabre I, achieving 37th place in our category and 60th overall in our first entry into the world’s largest intercollegiate rocket competition.

Battle of the Rockets 2023

After a hiatus in competitions, we returned to compete in the Deployable Payload category of the Battle of the Rockets competition. Our team secured an impressive first place in the event.
